Returns

You have 100 days from delivery to return or exchange your KEEL.

Keep the box or toss it — we don't need the original packaging. Returns are separate from warranty: if your KEEL has a defect, make a warranty claim instead.

How returns work

1. Start a return from this page or reply to your order email.
2. We'll send return instructions (and a return label when our returns portal is live).
3. Once we receive the return, we process your refund.

Refunds

• Change-of-mind returns refund the product price to your original payment method.
• Original shipping is not refunded.
• Return shipping costs are shown before you order.

Gifts

Received a KEEL as a gift? A gift return becomes an exchange or store credit for the recipient. Refunds to the original payment method go to the original purchaser when they start the return.

Warranty

If your KEEL has a defect, start a warranty claim instead of a change-of-mind return. If the mechanism has a defect, send us a photo and your order number to start a claim.¹
