Yes, the same as the buyer. Claim with the order number on your gift slip.

Returns

Can I return it?

100-day returns. Details at keelcarry.com/returns.

What do I get back?

For change-of-mind returns, the original purchaser gets the product price back. The original shipping cost isn't refunded.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the shopper.

I got it as a gift and want to return it.

Use the order number on your gift slip, within 100 days. You get an exchange or store credit.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. Add a gift note in your cart.

Where do you ship?

The US. You'll see delivery dates at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking says delivered, but it isn't here.

Tell us. We'll check with the carrier, then reship or refund (a refund includes original shipping).
